The problem:
Design a 3bdrm 3 bath home, no larger than 1600 sqft. with modern design forms, and possibly incorporating an earth sheltered design.
The site:
A wooded sloping site overlooking a small wash. A unique and notable aspect of the site is in the distance a visible natural monument Inyan Kara.
The Solution:
This project is currently in the design development stage. I positioned the home at a 30 degree angel off of north, the thoughtful and careful positioning allowed for the the home to capture views of the nearby wash, and additionally in the distant vista the in Inyan Kara monument. While still early in the design phase, the concept is evolving and shaping up to be a vary interesting project.
